PTR products must not be used to break the law; harm, exploit or deceive people; impersonate a person without authority; create non-consensual intimate or exploitative content; infringe privacy, likeness, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights; distribute malware; evade security or moderation; unlawfully discriminate; or make significant decisions without required human oversight.
Voices, images, likenesses and digital representations require explicit, informed and current authority. Users must preserve evidence of consent, remain within its scope and honour withdrawal.
Users must clearly identify artificial-intelligence interactions and recordings where appropriate, and must not falsely attribute generated content to a represented person.
PTR may investigate suspected violations and proportionately restrict content or access. Immediate action may occur where delay risks material harm. A dedicated takedown channel and response procedure must be confirmed before publication.
